diabel (1211), Aarschot, Belgium Dec 30, 2005 Bottle at Delirium Cafe, Brussels, Belgium
Cloudy, orange head. Off-white creamy head, which diminishes mostly. Good lace. The beer looks like crying: "drink me". Nose of intense vanilla, coriander, banana, citrus peels. Mmmm ... The aroma even cries louder: "drink me". Lightly sweet, moderately bitter initial flavour. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet (long) finish. Nice hop bitter. The flavour cries "buy a full crate of me". I really like this beer of this new brewery. I hope they can keep up making this good bee. I’m looking forward to taste their other beers.

Smells citrusy and sweet with some alcohol on the nose as well as some light malt aromas. Without a doubt the best tripel I’ve ever had. Sweet, but not overly, vibrantly fresh, the bitterness is very in your face it’s hard to forget about it. There is good malt flavors and the yeast characters just add to the wonderful flavors. This is a treat. blutt59 (955), Dallas, Texas, USA Oct 30, 2008 bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, cloudy yellow color, aroma of sour cherry and lemongrass, malty, spice and honey flavors, dry finish BMan1113VR (1162), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA Oct 27, 2008 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye.
