Bottle: Poured a dark brown with a thick fast acting light brown head. When I say fast acting I mean it, blew up out of the bottle when I opened it. Very crazy and a bit messy. The aroma was a fruit, sweet sugars soft caramel, and spices. The taste was a roasted malt with a metallic touch to it. Finish was dry and sugary.

Bottle(donker) pours very dark brown almost black with a 2 finger light tan head. Plenty of floaties. Smells like roasted barley, spent coffe grinds, and thin alcohol. The mouth is super creamy and matches the tons of dark malt in the flavor. There is some smokiness and a little bit of chocolate. I love how malty it is. The mouth compliments the roasty flavors very well.

(Bottle, BB 02/09) Pours a brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of floral, toastiness, fennel, and caramel. Flavor of toasted malt, raisins, caramel, and light cocoa with a dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye...Pours a hazy brown with off-white head. Aroma of citris and honeysuckles. Flavor is malty with a nice tangy citrus and nice bitter. Has a light-med. body with high carbonation. Over all good stuff.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma of hibiscus, liccorice/pastis/absenthe, anise, dates, alcohol, and chocolate. Taste is very minty, malty and yeasty, with a bit of anise and cocoa powder. Watery mouthfeel, light carbonation. Very different.
