Bottle@Home. Citrus, green apples and ginger aroma. Light hazy, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, maty, apple, ginger and a hint of madeira. Full and warming. Surprising beer, flavorful and quite special.

Dec 5, 2008 33 cL bottle, courtesy of Ask, Jes, Jens and Rasmus. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Dry wooden and yeasty aroma. Flavour is mild yeasty and mild roasted malty, surprising malty really. Yeasty and malty finish with subdued spiced note, wooden and mild dry into the far finish.
