A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.

Hops: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade
Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

A really well balanced IPA from one of the better central Oregon breweries. Not overly hoppy but enough to keep it very much in the IPA family. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz bomber poured golden with a little head. Great aroma of tropical fruit. Tastes like a west coast IPA with the fruity hop flavor. Some dank and sticky hop mouth feel. Finish is smooth with no long lingering bitterness.

Pours a hazy amber with nice lacing white head. Aromas of lemon citrus and pine notes with some sweet malt as well. Very piney initial taste with lemon citrus flavors following. A sweet bread taste balances out the tart/bitter citrus. Very balanced and flavorful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. Pour is slightly orange gold, mostly clear with a nice foamy white head that sticks to the glass. Aroma is beautiful pine and citrus character, some maltiness. Taste is citrusy hops with a balanced sweetness. The pine and bitterness really come through. Nice pineapple and grapefruit flavor as it warms a bit.Classic IPA, very smooth and drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a very hazy amber color with a large white head on it. Nose is very floral and quite fresh, and reminds me a lot of spring. Taste is well balanced and not too bitter, and tastes pretty fresh, too. Good brew.

Bomber sent from Idaho as a gift. Thin head with lacing. Pine and citrusy hops but unlike a lot of IPA varieties it has a pretty decent malt backbone that's a bit biscuity. A good mix. I think the 65 IBU range is the sweet spot for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
