COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.

Hops: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade
Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

Poured from 12 oz bottle. Wonderful aroma of fruity hops. Nice multi-hop flavor isn’t overly complex. A lot of lemon in this one, could be really good with a little less. Long lasting bitterness disguised by the lemon. Certainly better than average.

Aroma is sweet and floral. Reminds me of jam. Looks clear-ish yellow orange with a white head. Taste is hoppy and sweet but not cloying. Hoppy but drinkable. Finishes nicely.

Juicy fresh hop aroma. Earthy. Dark for an IPA with a bright white head. Good balance, sharp clean hop bite with some sweetness up front. Hoppy citrusy aftertaste. Well done by 10 barrel. This is an easy to get IPA that is actually good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22oz bottle 8/6/15 (Seattle) Pours an orangish amber with a decent head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of the same with some p9ine and citrus coming in as well. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and very tasty.

Poured orange yellowish murky. Smell is hops pine orange peel. Taste is malt hop as one with a nice bitter finish. Good brew I’d buy again.

Bottle from Bev Mo Sunnyvale. Unclear gold color with a thick, frothy, off white head. Pine, resin leads the way with plenty of citrus as well. Minimal sweetness, mostly hop bitterness. Malt presence of fairly light. As it warms, citrus becomes stronger, taking over for the pine. Pretty solid IPA.

Pours a light copper color with a citrus and pine aroma. Taste is crisp and dry with a firm bitterness after the swallow. The toasty aftertaste disappears quickly leaving a bitter bite.

On tap at 10 Barrel Portland. A bit hazy dark golden with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, some mango and light hay. The finish was bitter.

from a bomber. The brewer’s deScription is pretty accurate. I got citrus and pine on the nose. I wouldn’t call the malt profile unique, but it does balance this beer nicely with notes of caramel and toast. Medium bodied and on the more drinkable side. Pretty nice.
