COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA. HOPS: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade Bu: 65 ABV: 6.5% Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of citrus, crisp malts, tart juicy fruits, lemon and grapefruit. Taste is crisp malty, sweetish, tart juicy fruity and lemony with some citrus and grapefruit. Finish is crisp hoppy, bitter and tarnish with some fruitiness. Okay, quite a tart juicy IPA.

A tasty, full flavoured IPA. Lots of grapefruit, pine and toasty, caramel malts in this copper cutey. Very clean but I wish it was a bit creamier, I found it to be a tad watery for the bold taste. I would definitely get this IPA again...if I could.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a big fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass some.

The aroma is sweet crystal malts with grapefuit and piney grassy hops.

The flavor is sweet biscuity malts with fruit and some grassy piney hops that have a lot of bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a solid IPA but not too well balanced between the sweet biscuit malt and strong grassy hops.
