COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA. HOPS: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade Bu: 65 ABV: 6.5% Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

22 oz bottle, finally available in Seattle. Pours darkish pale golden with thick fluffy head. Aroma is fresh hops with notes of pine and grapefruit. Taste is crisp light caramel malt with big juicy hops. Sweet citrus and punchy bitter fresh hop notes. Delicious IPA, could easily pass for a fresh hopped version. Pretty impressive out of the bottle.

Bomber picked up at a gas station. Pours golden amber, light off white head that sticks around. Nose is nice, citrus, oranges. Taste begins lightly sweet before transforming to slightly bitter. Pine resin, some citrus. Pretty nice hop profile. Medium body.

Bottle from Fred Meyer. Light brown/golden in color. Nice pungent hop nose, with a bit of sweetness. Good citrus character with a decent amount of maltiness. A little watery in the back end, but pretty good all in all.

This beer smells really, really good when you crack open a bottle. On top of that, itís a quick, easy drink that goes down remarkably smooth. It has light, citrus-y tinges which help make it an enjoyable drink to savor. The only knock against it, Iíd say, is that itís always a bit hard to finish; as in, once it settles at the bottom, the remainder is a bit sharp. Overall, though, itís a really fantastic drink, something Iíd easily recommend. Hereís hoping the Anheuser-Busch buyout doesnít affect the quality of the brew!

A very nice Ipa, well balanced and not too bitter. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a thin white head. Smells of hops, citrus and a bit of fruit. Taste is quite sweety upfront, lots of Clementine and tropical fruit, balanced Werth with a bit of hops in the finish. Finish is not bitter. Paired with leek and mushroom croquettes, brings out the hops in the background. Had in the bottle.

At blazers game bar. Good solid IPA, decent level of hippiness while still balanced. Sweet aftertaste but all around pleasing

22 oz bottle pour. Pours a frosty, cloudy golden color with a nice bubbly head. Sweet hops and slight citrus aroma. Really nice hop presence all throughout this one, which is always a good start. Bitter finish is mild, and pleasant. Solid $5 22 oz IPA every time. Iíve enjoyed this one many times over. Good stuff.
