On draught at Saraveza. Fuzzy apricot aroma. Light funky sourness pairs nicely with the fruity apricot sweetness.

12oz pour at Baileys - poured a cloudy orange, flat with no head. Fruit gusher aroma, funky, mango orange flavors, sweet fruit with a dry finish. It’s pretty nice, reminds me off a beer mimosa.

Poured from tap to glass. Hazy orange hue with white head that dissipates to a ring. Aroma is apricot, pepper, lactic, slightly earthy. Mouthfeel is great with a medium light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry with a nice acidic following and tart finish. Overall this is a great fruity use of apricots in a beer.

On tap at the Livermore Saloon. It pours a cloudy light yellow color with a white head. The aroma has huge apricots, both dried and fresh with some golden raisins. The flavor is creamy and nicely tart with more massive apricots and lighter notes of peaches and lemon. Really smooth, creamy mouthfeel. An awesome light, fruit beer.

on tap, pours a milky clear white color, with a big white head. Nose is very pleasant, sour and sweet notes, apricot is a very nice mix. Very clean well balanced mix of sour and apricot, finishes long and sour. good beer.

Growler... Poured golden with an easy forming head. Pleasant apricot, stoned fruit notes here. Sort of drying with a nice lactic acidity. Some wheated tones. Vibrant, fruity and sweet with a refreshing tartness. Not a lot of yeast presence, just a pleasant sour apricot delicious character.

On Tap at the Boise brewery. Hazy light orange with a short lived fizzy white head. Sour but mostly generic light fruit aroma. Apricots, I guess but not very distinctive. Flavor was moderately sour for a "sour"and the beer list description did describe it as a doorway sour ale. Crisp and tart and flavorful. Dry and squeaky finish. Very tasty.

On tap at Saraveza’s Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy, dirty yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of fresh apricots, a little farmhouse notes and some sweetness. Flavour brings out loads and loads of fresh apricots, moderate tartness and a light apricoty lemon tang that lingers on and on. Loads of flavours for a sub-5% beer. Extremely drinkable and quite complex. Excellent stuff.

25cL at Belmont Station A: Cloudy apricot with a fain head. No legs, as expected. N: Tart apricot, lemon zest, clementine oragnes, and some raspberry which surprised me. Has the nose of a fruit roll up. T: Wow. Apricots and a great lactic sourness. There’s a grassiness to it which is quite nice. Avoids too much sweetness - excepting that of the fruit. More apricots. Pretty straightforward and brilliant. M: Light and delicious. About a 7/10 on the sourness level which I really appreciate. O: A beer that’s probably more delicious than it has any right to be. If you see it, order it right quick. Hope 10 Barrel bottles it.

On tap at the 10 Barrel Tap Takeover at Bier Thirty.... Pours with a short lasting white head.... the brew is hazed yellow. Nose is lactic with a strong tart apricot aroma... Very sour... Liquid sweet tarts... almost sucks the saliva out of my head... the fruit flavor is very fresh... fermented out and only the fruit essence remains with a not quite balanced maltiness that helps bloom the fruit flavors. Body is light with good carbonation... This is a sipper.... Took me a solid half hour to enjoy my glass.. and I enjoyed every sip. Maybe a little rough around the edges, but I really liked it.
