COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The true Summer Ale of Central Oregon! A Golden Ale, light and smooth. You can taste the craftsmanship in this easy drinking ale with a smooth blend of Cascade and Sterling hops and finished with a touch of Honey malt to balance it out. This is a great introduction if you are new to the world of Craft Brewing. For established craft enthusiasts, 10 Barrel Summer Ale is a good reprieve from overly hopped and overly malty alternatives.

Not a lot of body but mild and easy to drink, light caramel malts into a sweeter finish.

At 10 Barrel brewpub in Bend with Taylor. Pours golden bronze layer of head. Aroma is thin, some grainy malt notes, hint of hops. Taste is paper bag, grainy grassy, off. Some hops. Not very good.

Gold, slight haze, white head. Aroma of grainy-sweet malt, light fruit. Flavor: grainy malt, touch of caramel, a little biscuit, just enough bitterness to balance. Good session golden ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft sampler. Partly cloudy light yellow. Light malt, light hop aroma and flavor. A bit honeyed. Light-med body, creamy texture, and a dry finish.

Toasted grain body. Grassy with light sweet notes of fruit and a touch of caramel. Very smooth and light. A very refreshing drink but a bit too thin and bland.

Very good for style. Well made, super easy to drink. pale straw color and aroma. It was a clean, nice light gold color, and refreshing taste. Palate was clean, burlap hints and light beer no malt or hop to note

This is now called "Mike Saw a Sasquatch" Session Ale. The draft pour is a pale somewhat hazy yellow color with s small white head and light lacing rings. The nose is light caramel malts and there are floral hops. Light to medium in body, the mouthfeel is clean and smooth. The flavor is actually quite tasty with the malts and hops in good balance. The finish is malty but lightly bitter from the hops.. This succeeds quite well as a session ale.

Draft @ JCs Bar & Grill, Bend, OR. Pours a pale yellow color with s small white head. Has a malty grainy and slighlty grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish with some grassy hints.

On draft at JCs Bar in Bend. This one is not my favorite style, I’ll say upfront. Pours pale yellow with grassy aroma. Flavor seems weak and watery to me, but easy to drink. Just nothing special.
