COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The true Summer Ale of Central Oregon! A Golden Ale, light and smooth. You can taste the craftsmanship in this easy drinking ale with a smooth blend of Cascade and Sterling hops and finished with a touch of Honey malt to balance it out. This is a great introduction if you are new to the world of Craft Brewing. For established craft enthusiasts, 10 Barrel Summer Ale is a good reprieve from overly hopped and overly malty alternatives.

Draft @ JCs Bar & Grill, Bend, OR. Pours a pale yellow color with s small white head. Has a malty grainy and slighlty grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish with some grassy hints.

This is now called "Mike Saw a Sasquatch" Session Ale. The draft pour is a pale somewhat hazy yellow color with s small white head and light lacing rings. The nose is light caramel malts and there are floral hops. Light to medium in body, the mouthfeel is clean and smooth. The flavor is actually quite tasty with the malts and hops in good balance. The finish is malty but lightly bitter from the hops.. This succeeds quite well as a session ale.

On draft at JCs Bar in Bend. This one is not my favorite style, I’ll say upfront. Pours pale yellow with grassy aroma. Flavor seems weak and watery to me, but easy to drink. Just nothing special.

Clear golden color. Aroma is grass, hay, a touch of lighter fruit. Some pale malt backing. Medium to light bodied, quite drinkable, light bitterness. Decent for what it is.
