COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We craft our S1NIST0R BLACK ALE using a special German dehusked black malt that is free of astringency, giving the beer a rich black color without the traditional dark beer characteristics. You will notice subtle hints of chocolate with an easy drinking balance on the back end. In the glass the dark color may look intimidating to some, but don’t let this beer fool you. Our unique combination of malts creates a very light body and smooth finish.

Has some wheat like character and metallic notes. Has a very tiny amount of roast and has a rather light mouth feel, bleh.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Notes of chocolate, chemicals/cleaner, fruity, smoke. This is not easy to drink, flavors are all over the place.

Bottle... Clear, very dark, crimson ale with a small, creamy, khaki head. The nose is very subtle, but I am finally able to pick up some nutty malts and dark berries. Medium-bodied with busy carbonation. The flavor is sweet and fruity with minimal bitterness. Finishes crisp, but sweet as well. Drinks a bit like a lager. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

Bomber poureda clear dark reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of roastiness, plum, raisin, earthiness, citrus and light cocoa. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of roastiness, earthiness, fruittiness, light smoke and light cocoa with a crisp dry moderatly bitter lingering roasty fruity finish.

Pours a solid black with a light brown head and plenty of lacing. It has an aroma of toasted malt with a small amount of coffee and chocolate. the flavor is lighter than you'd expect, with some roasted malt and coffee up front and a slightly sweet aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Deep black body with mahogany highlights. Bitter dark chocolate malt body with some light smoke and some nuttiness. An earthy quality with a slight touch of caramel and vanilla.

Fing amazing...this is one of my favorites and its hard to set yourself apart in the black ale/stout/porter ranks. This one is special. Good, mild, clean, crisp, malty, not too much anything but perfect balance. beautifula and the smoothest really

Shared from a bomber into snifters at the Royale gathering last night, thanks Blake! It poured a nearly opaque dark brown color with tan head and some lace. A good, true-to-style schwartzbier. Roasted barley and burnt toast. Nice light drinkable strength, crisp finish. I’d compare it to Smithwicks, Guinness Black Lager or Black Toad.
