Beer guy! Stop taking yourself so serious, our Swill was designed to throw down. German Berliner Weiss with multiple layers of grapefruit - delicious, fun and easy to drink.

Bottle of an unknown origin. Poured a hazy pale yellow with a thin halo of white head. Aroma was acidic with some grapefruit juice and dull grain. Tart, sugary flavours with unbalanced bitterness. Very strong carbonation. Possibly the wrong beer for the moment, but I thought there was too much acidic grapefruit juice. Just seemed not quite right to me...

Most german radlers are mixed after the brewing, this one tasted as if the fruit was brewed into it, and it made a great difference. Citrusy, light bodied without being overly sweet. Excellent summer refresher.

Poured a light hazy yellow from the bottle with aromas of tart wheat and some light grapefruit. Flavors were wheat, lemons and some tart grapefruit. A decent berleiner overall and refreshing in the heat.

Sampled at an ESBLS tasting, thanks Hayduke. It poured a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma was of sweetness, citrus and some grain. The taste was lots of sweetness, some citrus notes, no bitterness and a smooth swilling brew for sure. Very good stuff, thanks Hayduke.

Sampled at ESBLS. From Doran via Hayduke. This pours hazy yellow gold and has a white head. This beer is nicely lemony and malty. Quite tasty. Mildly sour. Some citrus. I approve.

Bottled; unk Pours golden with a few streams of bubbles, but no foam, look is meh - touch of haze. Smells of pear, some apple juice and a little grapefruit juice and sugar. Flavor is sweet with lots of peach, pineapple, apple, pear, and some sugar. Really sweet. Thin with low carb and a wet finish. This is a beer for those with a sweet tooth. I would actually drink this again, over ice and be able to slam back a good ten of these on a hot summer day. Tasty beer, unusual.

Kind of a fruity light yellow beer that tastes like applejuice. Fruity and.a little sweet for beer, but its made in Oregon so it can’t suck.
