Youíd think it was a Fruit Beer, but itís really just extremely sour. I thought it was a bad batch at first.

Hazy yellowy pour. Way, way too sweet, lacking necessary tartness to balance the grapefruit soda sweetness. Pretty gross even on a hot day...

At 10 Barrel brewpub in Bend with Taylor. Pours light bronze with small bubbles. Aroma is big coca cola, RC cola. Taste is cream soda, fizzy vanilla. Weird, never had a beer like this, I like cola lovers might be interested, but it would still fall short.

Bottle: Clear pale gold color with an extremely white head. Aroma of apple cider and grainy malts. Wow, at first I got the sour but then it gets apple sweet soon after with a grainy finish. Average body - great brew for a hot summer evening.

From a 22 oz bottle into a chilled pint glass it had lots of head and had a cloudy yellow color with plenty of bubbly action. First sip didnít impress but then it grew on me. 92 degrees outside today so this was quite refreshing. Good citrus flavor and very carbonated like drinking a soda. I didnít think it was overly sweet and I normally have a very sensitive sweet tooth. I donít love it or hate it as the warning on the label said but I would drink it again when the mercury peaks above 90.

12 oz bottle poured light yellow with a ridiculous amount of carbonation. Faint fruity aroma. Taste is sweet, too sweet. Like a soda. Grapefruit and citrus flavors. Not very sour or tart. Disappointing.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear light yellow pour with a white head. WTF??? Is this a cider?? Apple and pear notes. Effervescent. Interesting. Good body and mouthfeel. Refreshing and tasty.

First sip, good. Very sweet, very fruity, slightly flat. But finishing the bottle can be a chore, even with the low ABV. The reason is that itís a bit too fruity. A bit too sweet. A tad lighter in both these aspects and it would be exceptional.

Draught. Pours a very slightly hazy golden color with a very small white head on it. Nose is lightly fruity with some slight citrus and a lot of the more florally fragrant fruits. Taste is very sweet with some slight pineapple in it, and feels more like juice. Meh.

2014 bottle. Mixture of grapefruit soda and Berliner Weisse. A: Clear orange with a thin white head and some lacing. N: Grapefruit, candied sugar, lemon, 7up, lime, orange, and some baseline malt and biscuit. T: Sour and slightly sweet and citrusy,. M: Very light. Good carbonation. No alcohol as would be expected. O: Swill? Not really - I expected a pre-prohibition lager. If you donít go into it expecting an alcopop, you may be disinterested. For sharing with my wife - the combo of soda and BW works. Iím not complaining either.
