Draft pour at the Pine Box anniversary party. Very fitting place to try this beer for the first time. Rating from my notes. Pours a very clear color with barely any head. Fresh apples, and other fruit aroma. Flavor is initially sour, but has a very juicy cider like body and flavor. Tasty.

Light yellow pour, white head. I really really liked this a lot. Nice and sour with light hints of sweetness. Apples, lemons, yogurt. Really a fun beer to drink!

Bottle courtesy of JohnGalt1, many thanks my friend. Really excited to try this… pale yellow straw in color, topped with a lively white head that quickly leaves a light skin on top. Beautiful nose, at first it reminds me of gueuze before the apple cider and sweet-tart kicks in. Green apple flavor is solid, light lemon, and minimal wheat. Clean, very crisp apple cider present. Finish is a little dry and has a lingering bit that reminds me of champagne. Good stuff, a fun take on the Berliner Weisse. Thanks again Toby, I really enjoyed this.

Poured a light cloudy pale yellow color from the bottle with aromas of light wheat and tart green apples. Tastes is light champagne with some light tart wheat and tart granny smith apples. Solid and enjoyable. Wow this might be an over rate after having way too many imperial stouts today.

Bottle @ GT’s Cat Cabana. Hazed golden yellow pour with white foam. Nose is kind of citric and lemony. Some dried apple, gelatin, and grass. Sort of a sweet/sour candy thing. Flavor reminds me a lot of the sour green apple ring candy. Slightly sweet, decently sour. Citric and lightly zesty. Some grass and bread. Okay.

>> Hazy straw pour, weaker white foam. Nose is sugar, apple, pear, juice box, something similar to adjunct pale lager. Taste is vinegar, yellow apple, mildly tart, lemon, dough, white bread. Fairly decent, but wasn’t a big fan.

This pours a straw yellow with a 1" and shrinking head of foam. A little bit of lacing sticking to the glass. There’s a lot of green apples in the smell with a light note of wheat. Green apple, my fav jolly rancher flavour. ;^) Green apple tartness up front, in the middle, and through the finish. "Interrupted" occasionally by some notes of wheat. This IS very cider like as far as how the tartness plays out and that’s fine by me. Light body and carbonation. Per the label, Granny Smith Apples with their German Berliner Weiss. I quite like this. Btw, I got this bottle..Karmalized, I was, by Toby. Thanks a bunch, bro!
