We brewed this Imperial Pumpkin Ale with over 14 lbs of organic pumpkin per barrel and then finished it off with nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. Put this in your pie and bake it!

Bottle:   Moderately spiced strong Amber Ale is what we have here.   Not real big on the spices, either nose or tongue.   Feels hefty tho, so body is big.   Light to moderate sweetness.   Spices arent bright, but seem to spike halfway through.   Has a slight touch of candle spices, but its not as heavy as others.   If you dont like overpowered spicy Pumpkins, this is for you.   Wished it could be a little more earthy as the spike that occurs is a little candle like.   Still enjoyable, and happy to have tried it.   Cinnamon and nutmeg need to be brighter, then weíd have something.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours copper with a slight off-white head. Aroma is simply pie spice, tho cinnamon may dominate. Med+ body. Flavor is pie spice, but I think there may actually be a squash note. The spice is strong and flavorful, but not obnoxious. IMHO this is one of the nicer "pumpkin" ales Iíve enjoyed.

On tap at the brewery in pdx. Pours a mostly clear orange color with a large off white head. A big sweet fruity pumpkin nose. Huge spices, fresh pumpkin, smooth very good. Damn nice pumpkin beer.

22 oz bottle. Aroma: malty and nutty, with hints of fall spices, caramel, bread, and resin. Taste/Palate: sweet, thick, and crisp; finishes creamy, bitter, and slightly astringent.

Poured from a 22. Aroma is very fall spice. Smelled like a candle. Flavor has some spicy cinnamon and pumpkin in the front then yields to a slight caramel, nutty, crisp and bitter finish. Pretty good pumpkin beer offering.

Tap, little head deep Amber body. Aroma is big clove and banana. Taste is the same, with cinamon and apple, some pumpkin. Really spicy. Almost pie in a glass. Palate is rich, carbonation is good.

Bomber, thanks ctomson! Pumpkin aroma with spicy notes of nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. Pours orange-amber with a thin white head and no lacing. Starts with good pumpkin flavors with notes of spice. Finishes smooth with the spice flavors of nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. Good pumpkin beer.

Orange pour, mostly white head. This is a very good beer. The pumpkin and the spices are balanced well with some caramel and toffee notes. Nice autumn drinker.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear orange amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of caramel, clove, cinnamon and allspice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of caramel, allspice, clove and light cinnamon with a smooth lingering spiced finish.

Bomber. Pumpkin beer #3. Aroma is full of pumpkin spices, nutmeg the strongest. Pours hazy pumpkin orange with a medium off-white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet and savory with a little bitterness; licorice is there. Best pumpkin beer yet.
