3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The aroma was fantastic, nice and oaky yet still crisp. The beer was a straw yellow color with a small white head. The taste did remind me of innis and gunn just like other review stated, but more sessionable.
I had the beer in Barbados, so that may add to it’s appeal.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
24th February 2014
Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and dry with a mild minerally crisp trailing edge. Smooth dry pale malt. A dominant and very odd flavour of dried milk powder - Marvel! Whisper of citrus before a dry finish. Very odd.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2013 Bottle all the way from sunny Worthing. Via Beers of Europe. Slightly diaphanous gold with an undulating white foam. Lime zest and pale cereal aroma; same taste leaning towards lime shandy and rice with a vague gnaw of conifer. Virtually Zero rum or oak. Bud-like streaks. Might splash some Mount Gay in it. Not unpleasant but deeply disappointing.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Leamington Wine Company, Leamington Spa. Hint of alcohol (not sure if it’s rum as I don’t drink it!) mixed with hops. Definitely worthy of the premium lager tag - this is better than a pale lager, even if it does look like one: crisper, cleaner, some bitterness, a bit like a Czech pilsner. Nice feel. Really enjoyed this. Very drinkable.

Cerveja com ótimo retrogosto dr barris de carvalho. Atende muito bem ao prometido e é muito refrescante, o que é ótimo para um lugar quente como Barbados
