Bottled@Björn tasting. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mild fruity notes, nice herbal, bready and sweet malty notes. Flavour is very similar. Refreshing, but nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to a German pils.

Geruch hopfig, grasig, leicht metallisch. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, würzig, im Hintergrund leicht metallisch.

Maria (10173) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2012
It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has the same notes as the slightly sweet flavour: malt, fruit, light bread and straw w, and the finish is bittre, nice, straightforward and harmonic.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Test vom 13.4.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Ungstrup (29485) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 5, 2010
Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.

Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, spicy - toffee, light hoppy, flowers - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]
