Bottled. Lightly hazy pale golden. Fruity nose with grass and light cabbage. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and fruity. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Test vom 8.5.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Bottle 500ml.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, light vegetable, cabbage water notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100613]

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2010
It’s golden with a small, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, butter, hay, light fruit and hints of acetone. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of malt, hay, caramel, light butter and the finish is both sweetish and slightly bitter.

Embrouille (2826) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 15, 2010
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale golden beer with a nicely lasting average-sized white head. Nice, inviting malt accented grainy aroma of vanilla, hay, honey, a lot of whey, ashtray and stuffy sitting room. Nice drinkability. Lovely tiny bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. Some lacework. Good balance. Late bitterness which manifests itself on the swallow, leaving you with a dryish finish that is reminiscent of dried apricots and hay. Rather pleasant. Thanks a lot Stefan!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, becomes then more and more dry. Finish a bit moldy, modest spicy. Average!
