COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American style Pale Ale. M.K. does not stand for the historically extremely irrelevant village of Milton Keynes / Britain (yap, just Britain, nothing great. Ha f…… Ha), M.K. are the initials of a rising star on the brewers sky. Blabla. No, they really are initials of the 1516 Brewing Staff member, born & raised in the Ukraine (aaaaaaahh, uuuuuhhhh), responsible for this handcrafted brew. APA, brewed in Vienna by an Ukrainian. We are like soo cosmo. He is a great fella, with the size of a midget Siberian bear & we luuuuv our comrade. Big hug. & very well done, proud fo ya. Ваше здоров’я Version 1, Version 2? Maybe. We shall see. Anyway, Slovenian Magnum, Slovenian Dana & Whole Leaf Cascade

Draught at 1516: Off-white creamy head, hazy dark amber color. Flavor is light malty, light sweet with notes of candies and brown sugar. Quite intensive bitter hhops in the end. Aroma as flavir but more on the hop side.

Tap at 1516. It pours hazy golden amber with a medium white head. The nose is softly sweet (akin to icing sugar), wood, dough, light spice and earth. The taste is bitter grass, spice, dough, wood, pithy orange citrus, rather dry, leaf and some alcohol warmth in the background with a long, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Solid stuff.
