COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Original weissbier, with the difference of containing oatmalt in the malt bill. And as we like to do: an unusual last hop edition of cascade.

Draught at 1516 Brewpub, Vienna. Cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Aroma and flavour of spicy wheat, citrus, orange and peaches. Refreshing dry and spicy finish. Interesting beer - quite hoppy for a weizen and it works well. Would be great to drink in summer sitting outside the brewpub.

rickgordon (3815) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 13, 2010
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow colour with creamy head. Smooth body, loads of esters and almost jelly-ish mouthfeel with addition of vanilla, cookie dough and unnamed yeasty spices. The full-ish body, the esters and the phenols make this a rock solid hefewizen.

Balazs (654) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 9, 2010
Cloudy, yellow with a small, white foam. Honey, fruits, coriander in the aroma. Starts with light sweetness, and finishes slighly sour. High carbonation, well balanced taste overall. Not as good as other weizen in Vienna, but among the better ones.
