COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh, undried Slovenian Aurora Whole Leaf Hops. Picked on a hop farm in Polskava outside Maribor (thank you Marko from www.hmezad.si) , brought straight to our vessel @ 1516, where the wort was already waiting. Word of advice. If you drive to Slovenia, to try the outstanding local Human Fish Brews for ex, buy a Slovenian Vijnette. Before you enter Slovenia. They do not know any mercy.

On tap, 10/2011: A lovely reddish-brown colour. Flowery, citric hop aroma with toasted malts. This beer is surprisingly well-balanced, the slightly roasted caramel maltiness pairs well with the fresh, herbal hops. Very drinkable.

Draught: Fruity and caramelic aroma. Hazy brown color, off-white creamy head. Flavor is quite fruity, light malty and caramelc. Light sweet with hints of roasted malt. Quite bitter, dry and astringent finish.
