Floor-malted Pilsner- Vienna- and Cara-Malt give this beer it’s colour and body while a good a amount of maple syrup ads its nice flavour and sweetness.
Three tiny hop additions of "Northern Brewer" (GB) for bitterness, "Hallertauer Mittelfrüh" (D) and "Amarillo" (US) for aroma balance nicely with the distinctive flavour of the maple syrup.
Maple Syrup is made from the sap (Juice) of "sugar maple", "red maple" or "black maple" trees. Only the sap of trees older than 40 years is used. One liter syrup requires 30 to 50 liter of sap

Draught: Hoppy aroma with light notes of citrus and amarillo hops. Light amber color, creamy head. Flavor is light sweet and sugary, light notes of malt, hops (amarillo), some hints of metal and caramel. Light bitter, dry finish. Quite O.K.
