On tap at 1516 Brewpub. Cloudy reddish amber colour with a lasting creamy white head. Wonderful floral hop aroma with notes of pine, apricot, orange and grapefruit. A strong hop flavour with caramel malt. Finish is dry and bitter but nicely refreshing. An excellent IPA!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the brewpub
Hazy light amber color. Sweaty and fruity Cascade aroma. The mouthfeel is very smooth, creamy, with some malt, very light acidity and good final, where the hop brings some resins and fruits (bitter oranges). The final is weaker than expected/desired. A surprise in Austria.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the pub. Deep ambery-orange color with hazy appearance. Leaf hoppy, resinous grapfruit aroma along with rough yeasty (in a good way), bready character.
The flavor is full of cascade hoppy fruitiness. Itís very grapefruity indeed. Despite the 65 IBU, itís not bitter at all. The main mouthfeel is sweet malty, and
full of resinous hops. Full bodied with creamy texture and thick, lacing head. I could drink it as an every day-drink. Nice and authentic introduction to the style
of this beer for eastern european beer lovers like me.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
draft at 1516 in vienna. unfiltered cloudy dark amber colored body with a frothy dark tan head. vibrant and fresh hops shows creamed melon and mandarin orange with lightly notes of key lime pie and crystalline/sugar/gummi bears. candy sweet, syrupy, cloying, too thick. caramel and honey malt seems to clash with the vibrant citrus hops. overall pretty good IPA and a gem for those americans living in vienna who crave it, but itís a bit too weighty and chewy for my tastes.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap; an amazing IPA in the heart of Europe. This was an awesome change from all the German beers. Color was orange with a foamy head, just like the picture. Aroma of citrus and flowers. Flavor was great. I write "whole leaf" for some reason as well as hoppy and citrus. Just a yummy beer.
