Opal is a new German Breed. Unavailable to normal Austrian Breweries. Why we have it? We are simply not normal. That’s true, but in this Case, it doesnt matter so much what You know, its a Question of whom You know. And that would be Christian von der Heide. Thank You CVHD, we are very proud to have the Pleasure & Honour to call you our Friend. We wanted to try how Opal comes out in a Pils. Jürgen brewed a true Northern German Style Pils. Light in Gravity, dry & hoppy in Taste. Not like the blond, fizzy yet tasteless Stuff, that is on the Market these Days. If we write Pils on it, Pils is what You get.
