Keg. its not my usual habit to drink keg but this was on tap at the hotel we stopped at in Malta although I did see it later in cans. Yellow with some carbonation.Very little flavour although I think the canned version may be a bit better. Recommend Malta but definitely not this beer.

Canned. Thanks to Anza! Pale yellow colour with poor head. Slight diacetyl-ozon aroma, with hints of honey pastilles-the latter a true classic in beers like these. Light bodied, no dms. Low bitterness.

500ml Can. Pachaville Malta. Very pale, thin head, Light Golden pour, Good carbonation, Grassy after taste vaguely close to Chisk beer on the Island. I tried it for it’s Historical value and at the time it was very hot so This beer was very refreshing. GO TO MALTA! But not for the beer.

Biggish white head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Grassy malty aroma with straw notes. Dry grassy straw taste. Kind of hollow, sharpish mouthfeel. Dry dusty caramelly paper aftertaste, quite strong. Papery taste lingers. Decent. (0.33l bottle, Duke’s, Victoria, Gozo.)

Canned(500ml). -Pale yellow coloured, airy white head that went away fast, dusty cereals nose. Butterscotch and cereals with grassy herbal notes. Touch of metal in the finish. Drinkable and refreshing.
