An English-style IPA
Aromatic hops accompanied by bold flavors of citrus; crisp and refreshing from start to finish. Connecting the Indian River Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian River Inlet provides fishermen and seafarers alike coastal and off-shore adventure. When stormy weather abounds, strong currents and large swells test the skills of local surfers.

Bottle at home. Aroma is sweet with grassy hops. The flavor has some sweet malty caramel and butterscotch notes. Dry finish with bitter grapefruit rind present. Average all around.

12oz bottle poured in a glass. Light copper color, modest brief white head. Taste and aroma are dry and bitter, a little toasty, and grassy hops. Good mouth-feel, bitter finish. A little burning decent IPA.

Bottle. Pours a clear, copper color with little head. Nice, hoppy aroma with some tart and grapefruit. Dry taste. Hops and citrus notes. Pretty decent IPA. Not amazing, but good.

Copper-amber colored body, medium to thin white head, spotty lacing. Toffee, crackers, modest caramel, light florals and citrus. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, light sweetness, rounded finish with mild bitterness.

Serving: Draft at the brewery. Nice amber pour with a small off white head. More malt than hops in the nose. Decent cracker and caramel notes with a slight herbal hop notes. A little light in the flavor department with those same hop notes and a light toasted malt note. Serviceable.

The beer came on nice then quickly becameI rough on the palate and the malt was a little bit too roasted/burnt as the beer moved to the back of my mouth

A fantastic IPA! The low rating must be due to only 44 respondents. Delightfully bitter hops balanced by rich malts, the whole package. A little high in alcohol, but not too bad. Even served in a plastic cup at the Cape May - Lewes Ferry this beer holds its own.,

A clear copper body with a white head that had nice retention. Aroma had a nice caramel malt presence up front. A nice blend of floral hops, citrus, pine and a slight bit of resin. Flavor was mildly sweet and although it was not intensely hop driven there was a decent bitterness to it and a nice floral note as well. Very easy to drink and perhaps a bit to light on the palate, but otherwise a good beer.

Taster at the brewery. Dark golden hue with off white head and good lacing... Some citrus in the nose and pine on the palate ... Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
