Serving: Draft at the brewery. Nice amber pour with a small off white head. More malt than hops in the nose. Decent cracker and caramel notes with a slight herbal hop notes. A little light in the flavor department with those same hop notes and a light toasted malt note. Serviceable.

The beer came on nice then quickly becameI rough on the palate and the malt was a little bit too roasted/burnt as the beer moved to the back of my mouth

4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
A fantastic IPA! The low rating must be due to only 44 respondents. Delightfully bitter hops balanced by rich malts, the whole package. A little high in alcohol, but not too bad. Even served in a plastic cup at the Cape May - Lewes Ferry this beer holds its own.,

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
A clear copper body with a white head that had nice retention. Aroma had a nice caramel malt presence up front. A nice blend of floral hops, citrus, pine and a slight bit of resin. Flavor was mildly sweet and although it was not intensely hop driven there was a decent bitterness to it and a nice floral note as well. Very easy to drink and perhaps a bit to light on the palate, but otherwise a good beer.

Taster at the brewery. Dark golden hue with off white head and good lacing... Some citrus in the nose and pine on the palate ... Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. A slightly hazy copper pour with a thick beige head. A crisp, grainy aroma with some biscuity maltiness, caramel, pine, light citrus fruits, and zesty rinds. Goes down thin to medium-bodied. A big biscuity quality upfront taste-wise. Caramel. Grains. Minerals. Citrus fruits and zesty rinds at the end. Grassy. Bitter and dry. A nicely done English IPA.
