[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a small beige head. The aroma contains notes of honey and brewmash - pretty much like being in a brewhouse while brewing. The flavor is sweet spicy with some notes of honey and flowers. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.

Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Gold, thin white head. More golden syrup than honey. Some hay, some grassy hop. Not really much honey. Fine, but I would like more evident honey flavour.

Cask conditioned. Pale amber coloured. Grassy, fruity and slightly floral aroma. Sweet fruity flavour with clear honey notes. Some grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Light and surprisingly fresh considering the honey and the sweetness.

Pale gold colour. Vaguely grassy aroma. Hints of honey come through (unlike many British "honey beers") but there are sharp hops to provide balance. Unsurprisingly there’s a bitter-sweet feel. Clean and fresh. Easy drinking and pleasant.

Cask@GBBF 05’. Swwet and ever so slightly sticky. Softly honeyed texture. Some crips citrusy hops in the finish. Not too bad at all.
