Cask at GBBF 2010. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with powerful notes of elderflowers combined with light notes of chewy toffee, leading to a dry and bitter elderflower finish.

Cask conditioned at The Market Porter, Borough Market. Copper with white head. Flowery perfumed bitter that offers a little more challenge than a normal session type bitter. Not really my bag though.
