Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, berryish and mildly sour notes. Also some slight wooden and herbal notes. Flavour is the same along with some mild spices. A bit infected, but gets better when it warms up a bit.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy golden amber colour, not much head. Aroma soapy resin malt with hint of citrus fruit. Dry biscuit, resin & citrus fruit flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Reasonable blond ale.

Cask (handpump) at the New Wheatsheaf, Borough, May 2009. Not very gold. Not very exciting. Clean enough. Middle of the road. Pleasantly drinkable but didn’t really leave much of an impression. I have some fuller notes from an earlier sample somewhere but I can’t find them at the moment.
