[Cask conditioned] Golden coloured. A nice bitter with a fruity aroma and a bitter flavour.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A yellow beer with no head, and a really weird aroma, that I’d describe as that of fish. The flavor is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel.

A lager-ish golden ale. Some hop character, but not a really imposing presence. Soft and undemanding, but quite pleasant and refreshing. Cask, GBBF 2004.

Cask conditioned - handpump - GBBF 2004. A vale pale lagerish coloured bitter with a sweetish aroma. The taste is clean and dry and refreshing with an undertone of bananas. A nice start to day 2.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2005 Aug, 2004:GBBF. Golden ale. Pale yellow lager appearance. Honey aroma. Very dry. Crisp and refreshing. Saaz type hop finish. A Golden Ale in the lager end of the spectrum. Almost a cask lager. [2.9]
Jan, 2005:Kings Head, East Hoathly - with joet. Golden bitter - dry hopped? Gulpable and tasty. I nearly wolfed this down in one shot. But a bit too simple and unsatisfying. The lingering hop warmth is nice. [3.0]

Cask Conditioned, at the Evening Star, Brighton.
Pale yellow, grey sudsy head. Hoppy, fruity loveliness. Wonderfully conditioned and refreshing on the palate.
