COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
birra ad alta fermentazione aromatizzata con bacche di ginepro, ambrata carica, opalescente, schiuma perfetta. Profumi di frutta che in bocca risultano di frutti esotici maturi, speziata morbida non troppo luppolata. Intrigante e decisamente equilibrata. Produzione stagionale.

0.75 l bottle at Helsinki Beer Festival 2010. Slightly hazy amber color. Sweet candyish and caramelly aroma with notes of almonds and mushrooms. Caramelly, toffeish, fruity and herbal flavor. Unpleasant mushroom taste.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at HBF2010) Poured ambed and hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma contained juniper, hops and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, juniper, sweetness, berries, hops and bitterness. Aftertste contained malts and mildly juniper.

Bottled 750ml
Deep amber color, small white head. Mostly diacetylic and caramelly nose. Slightly sour, caramelly, some champagne with apple note in the finish. Dry, spakling wine -like aftertaste. Oddball.
