Light amber golden, small white head. Buttery, typical Czech slightly diacetylic nose. Malty, buttery, slightly diacetyl. Quite light, some oaky hops in the finish. Hard metallic aftertaste with some sweet maltyness and light hops.

Oct 21, 2008 This is a very fine example of a czech pilsner beer. Not the most flavorful pilsner I have tried, but I think that is part of its appeal. A nice light crisp beer not overwhelmed by the hops. Head was nice but not long lasting.

Oct 5, 2008 bottle. bit of a hoppy, corny aroma. pours a light yellow with a little bit of white head. kind of a plain taste with not much flavor.

Bürgerbräu, golden colr, with a white head, honeyish pale malt nose, with a hint of corn, with a faint floral hop accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp sweet crunchy grainy pale malt character, with a hint of vanilla a mild flowery hop leafy note, leading towards a malty, lingering hop bitterness finish. A nice quenching pilsener.
