flemmingwillum (1000) - Nysted, DENMARK - APR 5, 2010
Rating #291, bottle

Mahoghany brown appearance with a medium high, medium dense, medium long lasting head. Very average. Aroma is mostly pilsener-like with some sourish malts and vague hops, but has a little toffee too. A little dissapointing aroma. Flavor is somewhat better with malts, some roasted notes, chocolate and a little caramel. However, the beer still appears average and a little boring. Body is a little watery, but the very soft feeling of the beer and the carefully subdued carbonation saves the palate. All in all, a tiny bit above average.
