Tart and bubbly effervescence on the front of the palate. A fruity complex mouth feel, followed by another sour punch on the back of the palate.

Pours a hazy light yellow with big head. Aroma of apples grass. Slightly tart and almost cidery. Thin mouthfeel. Tastes like green apples. Nice refreshing beer. I'm not a fan of the style though.

Bottle from Whole Foods, Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized white head, limited retention, light lacing. The aroma is lightly tart lemon, some wheat aroma. The taste is lightly tart lemon, orange, a dry finish. Good but not tart enough for me to love.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Yellow-gold with outrageously large white head. Aroma strong lemon, wheat. Medium light body. Touch of carbonation. Flavor strong citrus/lemon, tart apple, yeasty and estery sweet finish. Different for sure but tending a little too much towards lemonade for me.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours like a wit- very pale cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Lemon and wheat dominate the aroma. Sour! More lemon, but also apples in the taste, sort of like a soured apple cider. Intriguing and powerful flavors, really nice. Lots of carbonation, and it finishes very dry like a white wine. Would love to find a cheaper Berliner Weisse, I paid ~$8 for a 16 oz bottle of this.

On tap at he Green Dragon. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A big earthy malty wheat nose, not much tartness or fruit. The flavor though is balanced between nice tart cherry and sawdust and mellow sweet earthy flavor including wheat, some honey. Very good.
