COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Here is a father’s toast to his son. Brewed with cocoa nibs and lactose, Hunter boasts a creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor. Vanilla, roast, and caramel sweetness are met with a bright hop bitterness. Complex enough to pair with dinner or dessert. Suave enough to skip the meal altogether. A chip off the old block, alright.

Aroma is heavy on the chocolate notes, like really heavy! Pours Jet black with fairly low carbonation. Taste is thick and sweet with coffee tones well blended in to the chocolate. Very enjoyable stout! Bottle From Mikkeller Webshop.

Pour pitch black, brownish hue with a small tan head. Aroma has some coffee, roasted malts, slight chocolate, quite some smoke, slight licorice and some lactose sort of things... taste is a little sweet up front, with some roasted bitterness to it. Slightly watery body, with a semi flat carbonation.

Tap at source. Black pour, tan head. Good retention/lace. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, coffee, roast, light soy, green apple. Taste is bitter, light lactic sweetness, dark chocolate, roast, green apple. Palate is slick, full finish. My pour seemed to have an acetaldehyde problem.

Good beer and old football games with Mads. Jet black with a small, but lasting tan head. Aroma of sweet chocolate and coffee, wwith a touch of charcoal and soy sauce. Very sweet roasted flavour with chocolate, coffee, licorice, ink and ash. A little too hard roasted and also too sweet for my taste
