12oz can. Pours a yellowish orange with a frothy off-white head. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Looks like a cheap beer. Aroma is of hops, tropical fruit, caramel, and bread. Doesn’t smell like a cheap beer. Taste starts off with sweet, juicy hops. Bot bitter, just sweet. Some very light tropical fruit. Has the slightest hop burn. Has a bready malt backbone, with some caramel. Lingering, light hop burn. Mouthfeel is light and soapy. Body is light without being thin. I could definitely put back a few of these.

Pours a hazy to cloudy pale golden with a tall, rocky eggshell head that hangs out a minute and leaves some foamy clumps of lace. Nose involves pine, toasted malt, some lemon and grapefruit, popcorn, fresh florals. Lightly sweet, decently bitter. Light bodied, a bit oily, somewhat grainy, finishing with some puckering hop action. Decent session, crisp and refreshing with nice hoppiness going on.

Pours a straw color. Thin white head that leaves some nice lacing. Some grassy hop aroma. Mild grainy flavor with hints of tea. A mild finish with bitterness way on the back of the finish.

Can, just released mid week. Some grassy and fruity hops. Slight bitter, light on the malt backing. I guess for a session IPA it’s good. definitely very drinkable, just kinda low on flavor.

On tap at 18th Street. Pour is translucent gold with a medium white head. Aroma and flavor of herbal tea, pine resin, mild grain, and slight hops. Finish is more hop-forward, but similar.

Draft to taster at 18th Street. Looks solid; a mostly transparent light gold with foamy white head. Smells hoppy but oddly boozy and hot; very strange for the style. Tastes like it smells, but the booziness is substituted with mild graininess. Average on the palate with a lighter-bodied mouthfeel. Not bad, but forgettable.

Tap @ brewery: Clean golden hue with a great long lasting head and lacework, beautiful. The aroma is juicy and moderately dank with slight peppery and herbal notes. Some biscuity malt vapours too. The taste is citric and leafy resiny dankness with a hint of tropical tones. Solid biscuity malt character for support. The mouth feel is sprite and very drinkable, dryish finish. A damn solid brew that I could drink again and again. The Amarillo and Simcoe hops are given room to shine making this a brew I want to take home but alas must wait for howler sales later next month.
