3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at 18th Street. Pour is translucent gold with a medium white head. Aroma and flavor of herbal tea, pine resin, mild grain, and slight hops. Finish is more hop-forward, but similar.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster at 18th Street. Looks solid; a mostly transparent light gold with foamy white head. Smells hoppy but oddly boozy and hot; very strange for the style. Tastes like it smells, but the booziness is substituted with mild graininess. Average on the palate with a lighter-bodied mouthfeel. Not bad, but forgettable.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap @ brewery: Clean golden hue with a great long lasting head and lacework, beautiful. The aroma is juicy and moderately dank with slight peppery and herbal notes. Some biscuity malt vapours too. The taste is citric and leafy resiny dankness with a hint of tropical tones. Solid biscuity malt character for support. The mouth feel is sprite and very drinkable, dryish finish. A damn solid brew that I could drink again and again. The Amarillo and Simcoe hops are given room to shine making this a brew I want to take home but alas must wait for howler sales later next month.
