Collaboration beer with Breakroom Brewery. Is a French Saison with a nice black pepper note and a sweet, creamy finish.

Backlogged rating, tap served in snifter: Hazy light amber hue with a small frothy head and spotty lace. Weird aroma with the dankness clashing with the layer of spicy and earthy yeast driven esters. Bready and aromatic malts with a touch of dragon fruit and melon too. The taste starts moderately fruity with a tad mote bitterness than is normally found within the genre and a bit striking with a peppery finish. Lighter yeast character than normally found in 18th Saisons. Light sprite carbonation again leaning towards the APA/IPA side of the house than a French Saison. Honestly was not much of a fan.
