COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you were to compare fruit to cars, the apple would be like your trusty Ford (inexpensive, robust, everywhere) and the pear would be your Audi (just a little bit special). Gypsy is made from a blend of pears and apples. Brewer’s notes: Sparkling straw color, pear /candy aroma. Gypsy is a semi-sweet cider with a predominantly pear flavour and vanilla notes. Medium acidity with a crisp clean finish. Gypsy is a cider worth travelling for.

Safe and somewhat uninspiring effort. Straight forward fruit juice style that doesn’t offer much structure. A curious lager-like note on the nose is an unexpected start but otherwise a bit bland. Might have expected a bit more from these guys.
