COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Bad Apple is a semi-dry, bold cider. Aged with brandy-cured Oregon white oak, the Bad Apple offers complex oak tannins and rich vanilla notes. Hints of sweetness derived from local meadowfoam honey make this a cider to savor.

Pale yellow in looks. Rich apple and woodiness on the nose. It is far richer even in the mouth. Surprisingly smooth. There is definitely a hint of acetone and blue cheesiness about it. All these factors cannot save it from drinking like a rather bland Pinot Grigio.
