3.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Pours with a mild, unimpressive aroma, moderate carbonation. Flavor is tart apple, but without being boringly dry. Leans a little more toward a sour ale treatment, and maybe that’s the rhubarb influence. Among tart ciders, I think this is a winner, and I will have it again.

I must like Rhubard, who knew, because this was an enjoyable Cider. Would love to try it again.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at pike brewing Clear piss yellow
Insanely sweet nose with some sweet tart qualities
It’s sweet with champagne bubbles. Rhubarb just takes this over the top

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from bottle to glass. Crystal clear golden color with a light white head. Highly carbonated. Aroma is strong cider, a bit vinegar-like...not much rhubarb. Mouthfeel is medium light, which is really nice for a cider. Flavors are sweet, tart, acidic. Overall, this is a VERY nice cider that is well balanced with carbonation, mouthfeel, sweetness, and tartness. A definite highlight.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear yellow with fizzy white head. Smells honey, vanilla, berries. Tastes lively, tart, fuity finish, champagne-like, crisp and dry with a touch of fruity sweetness to balance. Decent.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Bailey’s Taproom. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. A big fruity nose of non-distinct sweet notes. The flavor really comes in sweet almost jolly rancher like with clear sweet Rhubarb and apples. Pretty interesting. Not too dry. Certainly fits a smooth Summer brew.
