Normally I would have gone for something more regional but the name of this alone caught my eye. A very unusual cider manages to capture not only the imagination but the palate. I would definitely be willing to check out this place if I ever make it out to Oregon.
Aroma / Appearance - A golden flat base shimmers with almost no head to speak of. A very dry cider sparkles with hints of sweetness and rhubarb although it does not overpower.
Flavor / Palate - Apple pie, honey, and chewy textures coat the palate with a sweet natured aspect. Rhubarb opens up although it does not take center stage on its own. By the end it manages to fall squarely in the middle of the pack while still carving its own niche.

Capped 500 from Made in Oregon. Pours translucent perry color with a transient white head. Aroma hints of rhubarb. Med body, nearly. Flavor is mouth twisting tart, moving clearly to rhubarb. It’s like rhubarb whatever with not a lot of sugar. Gotta admit it seems really tart/sour. Who’d have thought. Obviously some crazy folks who made it.

Pour on tap at the Republic SC, clear straw yellow pour with no head, aroma brought notes of celery, apple, rhubarb, lemon into a bit of spice, slight vanilla. Taste was a mix of lemon, grass, celery into some apple, touch of tart fruity notes into a bit of slight vanilla, finishing very dry, slightly tart.

On tap at Muddy Waters. Pours a clear light gold with a no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of very dry apple with some underlying tart rhubarb. Flavor starts a bit thin but grows to have dry apple and tart rhubarb.

16oz Can. I’m a hard one to please on cider, and this definitely had enough going on with it to keep me interested. The rhubarb flavors definitely come through with hints of apple sweetness on the finish. Quaint.

On draft at ABR 2014. Dry, slightly tart. No head, low carbonation. Clear pale yellow with a big rhubarb nose. Pretty good. Awesome name.

Blond color. Simple cider, soft, it has light rhubarb flavor. Easy but not bad.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden pour with a thin layer of white foam. Slightly floral and tart rhubarb nose. Some rose water, champagne yeast, and apple. There’s a decent tartness and some yeast. Champagne, apple skins, and a hint of citrus. Only a bit of rhubarb. Not bad.

Tap at Republic. Not sure why mine looks different than the previous raters - this is a clear reddish orange pour. Moreso red. Soft fruity apple and grape aroma. Tart rhubarb is there on the tongue. Not bad.

Very pale and light but clear with plenty of visible carbonation bubbles.
Aroma: sweet/tart leaning to tart and fruity.
Flavor: mildly tart; fruity; rhubarb? Hints of white grapes and white wine.
O: refreshing and mildly tart cider. Worth seeking out.
