A pretty good cider. As the deScription claims, it’s a nice combination of sweetness, tart, and has a dry finish

Bottle. Pours clear light yellow with minimal white head. Aroma I Apple, fruity, kind of winey, sweet. Taste is light bodied, tart with a touch of sweetness on the end, high carbonation. Overall, wasn’t sure at first but after a few sips it’s pretty tasty.

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Clear golden straw color with a soda kind of head to it. Smells like sweet apple, slight caramel, and a hint of pear. Slight Berry tartness. Nice chewy apple flavor. Somewhat tannic, a bit of pear skin, baked apple, and floral honey. Mild grassiness on the finish. Pretty nice. Though a bit of white wine finish.

Bottle from a grocery store. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sweet floral apple nose. Bitter green apple, alcohol, flowers, some light sweet honey. More green apples, light tannins. OK. Pretty drinkable despite the big ABV. Not very sweet which might surprise some.

Clear light green hued yellow, spritzy, astringent, spicy, no flaws. Want less apple more complexity

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of slightly sweet apples with a hint of honey. Med body or nearly. It’s tart, heading for dry, then goes astringent. Honey on my lips I think. How anyone could think this was sweet? Dry and tart it is. Floral? eh!

Bottle. Amber pour, plenty of carbonation, nice aroma of sweet and tart apple with hint of vanilla. Taste does not live up to the aroma. This is dry, lacking in complexity or subtle flavor. One of those special cider where you wonder what the point was.

Very crisp and clear sweet body, apple flavors are sweet and tart which is great, could be more yeasty.

Poured from bottle to glass. Crystal clear straw hue with a fizzy shite head that dissipates quickly to a thin ring. Aroma is acetic, green apple, floral, sugar, ripe lime. Mouthfeel is fantastically refreshing with a medium light body and fizzy carbonation. Taste is dry with a nice tart sourness initially with a great CO2 sharpness and ethanol kick to balance out the finish. Overall this is a great cider but not as dry as other scrumps, yet not overly sweet either. Nicely balanced cider/mead hybrid.
