Made with rhubarb. Very interesting, and good tasting. I would like to try some more to be sure.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours very light gold with a transient (very) white head. Lots of carbonation here. Near med body. Apple aroma. Flavor is mildly tart apple skin, but it’s really more sweet than tart. Finishes undry.

On cask. Clear pale yellow pour, with no head and fizzy carbonation. Pretty standard apple cider flavor, a bit sweet, mostly dry, very mild tartness, and note of plastic. Ok.

Can from Total Wine.

Light pour, no head. Apples and a rather putrid thing going on in the aroma. Relatively tart flavor, a bit of residual sweetness, not all that much apple. A couple of uncommon off notes that I lack the experience to characterize, one of which loosely reminds me of a glass of water that has sat out all day.

I don’t really like this one.

Draft. Still yellow gold with no head. Light Apple, with just a touch of tartness, moderate sweetness, champagne grapes, mild botanicals, and a quick refreshing finish. Not bad.

Clean yellow color. Mild cider, off dry, with some lemon and lavender note.
Simple but pleasant.

12 ounce can, solid price. Pours a clear yellow color. A sweet apple nose. The flavor is tannins, apples, sweet at times, almost woody. The dryness is pretty much dominant. Very smooth. Very nice cider.

Poured from bottle to glass. Crystal clear straw hue with fizzy white head that immediately dissipates. Aroma is apple, acetic, sugar, CO2. Mouthfeel is nice & refreshing with medium light body and good carbonation. Taste is sweet initially with a tart acidic following and a nice CO2 sharpness to round out the finish. Overall this is an enjoyable semi-sweet cider.

Great cider - not too sweet with some nice bitterness. Found it pretty easy drinking and would happily drink some more!

Sample at Brave Horse Tavern. Clear pale golden color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spices. Light to medium body and somewhat dry with a mildly tart apple character and mild spice and berry flavors. The finish is lightly tart with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
