Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a thin creamy head. Good head retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel, apples and toasted malts. The taste is earthy hops, nuts, caramel and a floral hop finish. Medium bodied. Very drinkable. Nice beer.

DocLock (7682) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 26, 2010
Draft at CAH. Pours clear straw with white head. Nose is big citrus, grapefruit, and black pepper. Medium palate, and I was amazed how much tropical fruit and peppery citric notes were in this with the relatively low ABV. A nice beer.

Dogbrick (7567) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 16, 2011
Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits on 05/13/2011: The beer is an amber-orange color with a thin and foamy off-white head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of citrus and hops. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character that has citrus and herbal notes, along with malty undertones. The finish is mildly hoppy and short. Decent overall.

Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange and peach. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with a long fruity and slightly dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Canned on 12/12/11: pours a clear deep golden bronze with a clingy-lacing white head. Has a fresh floral hoppy nose with a clean light malty sweetness. Starts with pretty good fullness and just enough malty sweetness to balance the assertive resiny flavor hops before the drier crisp finish. This would make for a great session beer.

DruncanVeasey (7097) - NUNEATON, Top 13, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2013
Can with helmeted chimp on (as pictured) consumed on a golf cart at Boulder Creek, CA, 28/10/13. Peach and caramel nose. Pine, peach and grapefruit. Good underpinning husk, abrupt floral bitterness developing some liquorice. Miniaturised IPA character. Highly likeable; needless to say it pisses all over the Wetherspoons version.

On tap at brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with white head and mild lacing. Nice crisp hop aroma that jumps out at you. There’s citrus grapefruit hop bitterness and faint malt sweetness in the nose. Great session flavor with fresh grapefruit hop bitterness that isn’t too crazy bitter but about right. The bitterness hits then midway it tastes very fresh and almost green with wet hops. At the finish a mild malt sweetness joins in. There is a mild grapefruit hop bitterness that lingers into the after taste.
