Slight floral hops and biscuit malt characteristics in the aroma. Pours a clear amber with a full white head. Nice clean hop flavor in the beginning, with a very short finish. This is a very easy drinking beer, and I like the fact that it’s another good beer under 5% ABV.

Can into snifter glass, orangy-golden color with fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of light caramel malt sweetness and citrus hops. Taste adds notes of biscuity malt and floral/fruity hop bitterness. Light body, low carbonation, crisp, dry with some citrus bitterness lingering. Overall a nice session IPA, very drinkable.

A good bitter, hoppy, beer which I would drink again as a good session beer. Makes up for lack of aroma in the flavour department if you like a slightly dry and bitter taste.

Poured from a can. Bright gold color with a nice head full of small bubbles that hung around. Sweetness on the aroma with a small amount of citrus. Hit with a smooth bitterness that is balanced. It doesn’t kill your tongue. This trails off into hints of grapefruit at the end. A very nice pale ale.

Can, as pictured. I had this one awhile ago. Not bad for the style...light IPA. A little maltier than some of the other beers of the style.

On tap at Coasters, Elizabeth City, NC. Copper colored pour with a frothy off-white head. Citrus and light caramel aroma. Taste is mildly bitter with pine and wet grass mixed with grapefruit and orange. Bitterness lingers somewhat on the palate. A nicely done session IPA.

Date on the bottom of the can reads: "Enjoy by 08/05/14." This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance had a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving a whole lot of foamy lacing. Once the head died down, there were some valleys of a head. The smell had some citrus and piney hops but it also carried a light "soapiness" to it, English malts?, could be... The taste was basically the same without the soapy malts going on. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. There was a long bittersweet aftertaste and a sticky finish. Overall, not a bad beer. To me, it seemed like an English session IPA, oh boy new style, God I hope I won’t be lynched for saying that.

12 oz can purchased at TC Craft Beer, Wine, and Spirits in New Hope, Minnesota. Canned 09/25/13. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a two inch foamy white head. The aroma is caramel malt along with a bit of resin floral hop and then some cardboard in the back. The taste is the cracker caramel malt up front, along with faint resin grass floral hop. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral slight cardboard finish. Easy drinking, I am sure it is much brighter fresh.

Can at 21A in SF. Nose is a moderate citrus with just a touch of toast on a bready malt nose. Pour us slightly hazy copper with a large white head. Taste is a biscuity malt with an orange and tangerine hop flavor. Pretty solid. Would crush.

very floral dominated nose with light citrus notes. Very filtered, clear dark gold, frothy head and retention. Up front hops hit, then mellows into maltiness. Decent beer. German hop taste in the body.
