Poured from 12 oz. can. Very lightly hazy bright golden amber with 2-finger cream colored head and excellent lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel, pine, biscuit malt and grass. Taste of citrus, caramel, pine, yeast, sweet malts and floral hops. Medium body and high/medium carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Canned February 4, 2013.
Appearance: The body is crystal clear with an amber hue. The white head is tall and explodes on the pour and sticks around with excellent retention and a dense appearance. This is a great looking IPA.
Aroma: The aroma is a bit restrained but lends hints of sweet orange, a touch of spice, and a hint of pine. Very nice.
Taste: This is balanced nicely. The malts hit the tongue first but are quickly followed by an earthy hop presence. Sweet citrus and a bit of grapefruit come during the mid taste giving a mild bitterness that mellows by the finish leaving only a hint of grapefruit lingering.
Palate: Medium bodied, soft carbonation.
Overall: Not a bad IPA, but I’d like a bit more flavor and aroma from the hops, it seems a bit too tame. This is a well balanced IPA though, well worth trying.

Smell of pine and hops. Taste follows the smell with an addition of citrus and caramel malts. Medium body and high hop level. If you’re a hop head you will love this beer, awesome IPA

Can 355 ml from Bier-Bienne (CH). A solid IPA, all in hoppy perfumes pine and citrus, fruity malt to keep the house. Orange and floral notes. Actually quite soft, round and dry at the same time. We cannot speak about balance, flavor is exacerbated. Fresh with citrus-pine or pine-citrus.

Little more malts in the smell of this slightly cloudy yelloworange colored IPA. Taste like pine with citrus and the malts are nicely balanced.

Pours a pale gold color. Aroma is somewhat funky, almost like a bad homebrew. I’ve had this beer before and its been better. Huge head that fades slowly. Taste is hop forward then, off flavors. I think this batch is infected with something too bad :(

Pour from a can while tubing down a river. This IPA has pine as the dominant taste and aroma.

12 oz can at Pizzeria Paradiso-Dupont Circle in Washington DC, served in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a tall, fluffy off-white head that remains and leaves some lace. The nose has nice piney, grapefruity notes, along with flowers and caramel. The flavour is moderately bitter with pine and grapefruit; this is balanced with caramel and biscuity malts. The finish is long and hoppy, crisp and refreshing. On the palate, it is medium in body with a slightly dry texture and healthy carbonation. Overall, this is a nice, fresh IPA with citrus, pine and decent malts. 2012-06-09

Solid IPA on draft at Ram’s Head. Hop, lemon, wheat, pine, malt smell. Heavy hop taste but well balanced with fruit and pine. Medium body and carbonation. Well balanced.
