Deep golden color. Citrus and piney hop aromas. Assertive malt backbone supporting the overwhelming bitterness. Dry hopped in the fermenter with four types of hops giving an explosive hop aroma. Previously known as 21A-IPA.

Can. This is such a great IPA, perfectly balanced, not over hopped and ABV is where it should be. Citrus aroma and pine. Great bitter finish.

Can dated 11-11-13, so quite fresh. Pours clear golden amber with a frothy head that’s hanging in for 10 minutes now. Citrus hop aroma, bitter but smooth balance against a mild malt backbone. A sessionable IPA, not so bitter that you can’t have a few.

This is a near flawless ipa in my opinion. Wonderful resin and tropical fruit notes. Especially picking up the pineapple. Nice sweet and fruity at first before a great bitterness takes over. Beautiful looking, smelling, and tasting.

Canned. Pours clear and deep golden with a medoum sized, lacing and white head. Aroma of citrus, pine and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily text. and softcarb. A delicious IPA.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/5/2013. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, orange zest, pineapple, lemon zest, light honey, bread, floral, grass, light pine, and floral earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of hop and malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, orange zest, pineapple, lemon zest, pine, light honey, bread, floral, grass, and floral earthiness. Good amount of pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, orange zest, pine, floral, grass, light honey, and floral earthiness on the finish for a bit. Very nice complexity of hop flavors with moderate malt balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good IPA. Good complexity and balance of hop and moderate malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Canned 09APR12 Pours a crisp golden ale with a sheet of white and soapy lace. Grapefruit, resin, mint and catty hops dominate the nose here. There comes through a bit of a sweet malty bone at the end. Crisp, slightly sweet, biscuit IPA with some bitterness and some fruity character. Above average flavor, but nothing amazing. Nice medium body with higher carb. Nice beer, easy to drink, good balalnce and I doubt the malts would carry well sans hop character. Drink this one fresh is my guess. Serving type: can 05-29-2012
