Poured into tip from can a golden color with huge white head and lace. Aroma was a light citrus with some pine. In the taste I got almost all pine growing in strength through the sip to finish. Finish bittered up and resin taste lingered. Some sips later as the beer warmed seemed more on the citrus side. Med body and slick, enjoyed.

Absolutely beautiful pour. Beautiful hazy golden and tall frothy white head. Smells delicious and tastes like heaven. Lingers beautifully and the high ABV is smooth.

Transfer from BA anbd reviewed on 2-14-12 - Served in a pint glass Appearance – A golden yellow color with a moderate head of white. The head fades leaving a bit of lacing on the sides of the glass Smell - A nice citrus hop aroma. Grapefruit and lemon are present up front and the most pronounced throughout the smell. There is a bit of caramel sweetness that works its way in toward the middle and end of the aroma with an ever so slight amount of floral and pine hop detected at the very end rounding out the aroma nicely. Taste- The taste very much matches the smell. Citrus hops dominate the taste profile, but to my surprise, while only a subtle caramel malt smell, the taste was of much more sweet malt then I would have expected. It was actually quite a pleasant surprise. Toward the end there is a bit of spicy hop which seem to cool the sweetness ever so slightly, leaving a rather soothing aftertaste on the tongue. Mouthfeel – While at 7 % abv, this IPA has a very moderate body level. Not watery, but not chewy either. It’is very moderate thickness allows it glides over the tongue while still having a feel. The carbonation level of the brew seemed a bit higher then average, but due to its more moderate body rather fitting. Overall – This is a nice taste IPA. If you are looking for a hop blast it may not be your choice, but if looking for an easy drinking sweeter IPA, this is it.

Aroma of dried fruit, and a mild citrus nose. Dark yellow colour with a lot of carbonation. A great balanced taste of fruit, plums and hops. A watery feel with a mildly bitter finish.
