COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep golden color. Citrus and piney hop aromas. Assertive malt backbone supporting the overwhelming bitterness. Dry hopped in the fermenter with four types of hops giving an explosive hop aroma. Previously known as 21A-IPA.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub in North Huntingdon PA this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a small yellow-white head that faded quickly. The aroma was sweet, tart and had a fairly strong fruity hop presence. The flavor was intensely fruity and piney with a tangy and bitter presence and undertones of floral and earthy hops. The finish was long, tangy and hoppy with a faint soapy undertone. Medium body. Nice.

Can Pours out a orange amber topped with a sand cream head. Aroma was very nice. Lots of rich sweet caramel and fresh hops. Taste was much of the same plenty of sweetness but also a nice citrus hop balance. I think this is now one of my top can beers. Very tasty.

Draught from Cascabel Tacos on UES, manhattan. Poured a dark orangish brown w/moderate head. Some caramel and nuttiness to go with hops finish. I liked.

12 oz. can as part of a trade on that other site, my apologies. Pours a clear gold with amber tints and a freaking gigantic, rocky, off-white head that leaves some uneven, soapy lacing behind. Aroma of piney hops, citrus, pale malts, grains, and some honey. Flavor is also led by piney hops, with some resin, grapefruit, caramel malts, grains, and heavy metallic notes. I doubt that’s the can but it really has a metallic and watery quality to it. Light-bodied, with average carbonation and a quick, bitter hop finish. Decent IPA, but didn’t do a whole lot for me.

Pours a sudsy, golden orange. Aromas of citrus, especially grapefruit. Nice white lacing on beer glass. Very chewy on initial taste and impressively balanced considering the strong hops presence. Intense tingling on tongue suggestive of great mouthful. A highly enjoyable IPA.

Can. Orange-amber, with a thick, frothy, soft blond colored head. Aroma is big pine, citrus oils, grapefruit juice, sweet malt, caramel, and spicy hops. Taste is juicy hops, grapefruit, chewy caramel, sweet malt, pine and citrus oils. Body is medium with a creamy, though slightly bubbly, carbonation. Finishes with more caramel, sweet malt, pine needles, grapefruit juice, and orange peel. Good stuff!

This is a damn solid ipa. Great clear amber pour with huge billowing tan head. Subtle notes of pine and citrus and a lightly bitter resinous finish. Nice job

Pours a light amber with a good head. Aroma is somewhat light, but with some nice floral hops, orange and honey. Flavor is medium bodied and complex with layers of citrus, honey and fresh hops. Overall a well put together, complex IPA.

Can, poured deep amber to copper in color with a white head and decent lacing with a slight haze in glass. Light floral hop notes on nose. This is a lighter medium bodied IPA with plenty of hop on mouth with slight undertones of fruit and metal.

Can. Pours a slightly unclear amber beer with no head. The aroma is hops with a little sourness/acidity. The flavor is hops. The palate is bitter. Overall a beer just above average.
