3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can is perfect for heading into the woods, but the beer leaves a little bit of a sour taste on the palette. Itís not overly bitter. Overall however a very good beer.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden pour. Nose of light hop with more sweetness. Initial taste is sweet malt with a quick transition to bitter. Very drinkable beer.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours gold with a medium white head. Aroma is deep dark dankness with some malt. Taste is rich tamarind sweetness with deep deep hoppiness and a dry aspirin-bitter finish. A truly interesting palate.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A nice IPA with good notes of fruit. From can and a little metallic. Good balance and not crazily hoppy.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours dark orange with medium head. Aroma: ripe tropical fruit, biscuit. Taste: again a lot of tropical fruit, nice pine bitterness in the taste and good long bitter palate. V good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a cloudy/hazy yellow golden color with white head. Citrus, pine, and some floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes much like it started. Decent but average IPA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This West Coast IPA has an awesome hop punch, but it is well balanced with a malt backbone. Many beers from the west tend to be VERY hoppy. Stone gets the hops right, where as, I find Sierra Nevada acidic and harsh at times (depending on the brew). 21st is extremely smooth, and it goes down like itís 6.0% (or lower) ABV. The reality is that itís 7%, so you may want to conserve on a work night. I picked a six pack up for a mere $8.99...what a bargain for my area. Cheers!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lemon gold, persistent carbonation, thin head. Moderate mouthfeel. Good balance of malt and hop. Some peach but mostly citrus on the hops. Solid.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured out of the bottle Amber. 14ļSRM.
Nose has ciitrus and ripe pineapple sweet aromas. Valencia oranges, hint of passion fruit. As it warms on the bottom of the cup you get that rich brown sugar funk, an indication of the size of the grain bill on this one.
Mouthfeel is soapy. Palate has sweet toasted malt, honey on lightly toasted graham crackers, caramel and maybe some butterscotch sweetness with a tinge of richness.
Hops are pine, vegetal, spicy with cilantro and pepper leaf.
Finish is medium with some nice clean fresh herb notes in the after taste.
Overall, a very solidly Brewer West Coast style IPA.

Can - from sampler pack. Medium to dark gold color. Clear. Clean, somewhat hoppy aroma. Good - quite hoppy with some malt. Nothing over the top.
