Deep golden color. Citrus and piney hop aromas. Assertive malt backbone supporting the overwhelming bitterness. Dry hopped in the fermenter with four types of hops giving an explosive hop aroma. Previously known as 21A-IPA.

Strong grapefruit/citrus aroma. Pours a hazy orange, with a thin white head. Bitter taste, with a bit of citrus, and a touch of biscuit in the finish. Not a bad IPA, but I expected a bit more from this brewer.

Draft at 21A in SF. Nose is strong citrus with a lemon and grapefruit character. Taste is strongly bitter and pithy. Moderate hop flavor with mostly lemon character. Ok.

Tasted from can. Pours a slight hazy gold with thick white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is citrus fruits of grapefruit and mango and some pine. Taste is a very balanced IPA. More malty sweet than a lot of IPAs. Citrus fruit with caramel, biscuits, toffee. Moderate bitterness with mild to moderate sweetness. Medium bodied. Above average IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Our founding fathers should have added "the right to enjoy fine IPA's" as one of our inalienable rights. And if they had, this beer would undoubtedly make the cut. Drink ability is smooth and soft after taste ensure its slot on the ballot. You can easily pledge allegiance to this easily accessible and artistically charmed can. 'Merica... Fuck yeah. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

draft offering...have had this before but never a proper rating..oh well here goes without all the technical jargon...this is the type of offering that I was pleased to see at an establishment that claims to have good beer but really doesn’t so this is kind of like the lifeline..a pretty standard ipa that isn’t gonna knock anyone socks off but at the abv is enough to get you going after a few..as usual another good product from 21st amendment...not bad overall...

Brilliant golden pour with thick white head. Aroma is juicy oranges and mango with tart grapefruit. Flavour has all that juicy goodness with great balance. Bitter throughout. Really nice.

On tap @ the brewery during San Francisco 7/7/14 beer tour. Pours a golden with a white head. Slightly dank hops in the nose with a bit of pine and cracker but not that overly aromatic. Moderate plus bitterness and moderate sweetness. Nice toasted malt flavor with some citrus fruits and mild dankness. Average. Clean but boring.

Can - Dry hop flavor, not a strong or pronounced hop which is nice. Very little sweetness from the malt. A good balance in flavor, something I can drink regularly and not just as a one off.

4 oz draft part of a flight at 21st Amendment’s brewpub. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, floral notes. Tastes of caramel, citrus, pine, resin, light honey. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid.

Very sweet. Aroma has a whiff of Jolly Rancher (who cares what flavor) and the taste is about as good, with fruit swimming in white sugar.
