COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep straw color. Rich pineapple aroma with a light malty flavor. Bitterness apparent with the abundant addition of Amarillo hops. A lighter version of out legendary 21A-I.P.A. Brewed to make everyday feel like Friday.

Clear golden orange with a fizzy white head. Good strong gapefruit and pine aroma. Pungent bitter pine straw citrus and mild caramel taste.

On tap at 21st Amendment. Odd - this one is listed on the board as 8% ABV and as being dry-hopped with Simcoe, not Amarillo. Oh well. Pours a clear copper color with a nice medium-sized white head. Aroma is piney and citrusy hops along with some caramel malty sweetness. Flavor is about what you’d expect from a well-balanced west coast IPA. Some caramel malt, but hops are the star of the show. Citrusy Simcoe notes evident with grapefruit and orange, as well as some piney qualities. Medium body with very slight syrupiness and some mild palate-wrecking qualities. Overall a pretty solid IPA (or maybe IIPA).

Draft. Golden amber beer with an off-white head. Sweet summer fruit and citrus aroma. Summer fruit, grapefruit, piney hop flavor with some decent malt backing. Lingering fruity/piney hops. Medium bodied.

On draft at brewpub. Arrived in the glass a clear golden amber, with a creamy head and light lacing. Aroma dominated by citrus hops, grapefruit and pine with faint notes of toasty malts. Flavor is also hop-centric, again some light toasty malt sweetness, with massive grapefruit rind, spruce and lemon hops - a bit unbalanced for my tastes, but definitely a hop bomb. Light body and prickly / creamy carbonation.
