3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz can poured into a pint glass. Pours cloudy golden orange with thin white head. Aroma is punchy caraway and a slightly sweet nutty flavor. Taste is thin light caramel malt with a somewhat abrasive earthy spicy finish. Notes of pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and clove. Not at all sweet, quite bitter on the finish. Can’t say I’d suspect this was a Tripel at all. The box, the can, the story - these guys are simply the best in the biz at packaging. Yet again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Overall a nice unique tripel. Pours a bright orange with not much head. Smells of pumpkin, coriander and spices. Taste has some pumpkin upfront, which then gives way to lots of lemon and citrus. A bit of pumpkin comes back in at the finish. Had in the can.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can:   Straw, a bit of an orange hue, moderate foamy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft doughy/yeasty triple, subtle spices, and thankfully not too heavy.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   A little phenolic, some rubbing alcohol touches on the finish.   Spices are there, but a bit too muted.   Yeah, soft lingering doughy rubbing alcohol.   Its not caustic, but its there.

Single from greens. Sticky sweet with a little bit of yeast astringency. Dark orange color. Honey and fruit banana and clove toffee. Well rounded and good balance to the yeast.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Aims is peppery with a bit of pumpkin and herbs. Flavor is pepper, pumpkin and a bit of spice. Could use a touch more body, but otherwise pretty solid.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rustic orange pour w/ a thin white head that leaves some lacing. The aroma had a pleasant pumpkin undertone. The taste is primarily like your standard triple w/ the pumpkin adding a little spice & making this quite memorable. Great flavor throughout making it easy on the palate & an overall very good beer!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce can from Hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. A one finger white head slowly falls. The beer is dingy golden and is hazy. I got banana and cloves in the aroma. Ron’s nose was better than mind and correctly called pumpkin. The flavor is full of it and it is a pumpkin pie flavor with nutmeg. Put some whipped cream on this one! There are also some Belgian influences with the yeast. The finish brings more of the tripel. A unique beer and I am still not quite sure what to think of it. Not among the best pumpkin beers I have had but I did enjoy it and appreciate the uniqueness.
